Back from a tiring day today .. Totally cui larh please ! Had training with coach PK today , LOL . PT all the way , tmr i think i have difficulties walking lorh .. We did normal 10 rounds , stretching , 4 corners ( L && normal ) Did something call .. I forget .. Den had shooters drill , Made me die till Jialat Jialat ! Haix .. Did 4 suicide withing 30 / 35 sec , how sia ? Shooter do 1 jiu die , what about us ?! Jiu Ming uh !!

Stop complaning here (: Went home with Roy && Jackie , buden Roy went back home half way .. ): Bathe && went out agn , had a great day larh ! Though the only i went was 812 , but with all those jokers , they made my day so fruitful today . Hence i realise , MIA was not the best choice . Friends are what which is needed in times of need , LOL ? But that is true , but i need LinHui nehzxc :x Hope i can go out with her , even if it's JP or just at her house , i am happy enough .. Erm .. Since i updated my blog , i should go MIA - ing ?
