Just back from Rachel house after training . Training was sort of considered as slacking ? Coach wasn't here , we sat down and talk for around 2hours ? Had 3 rounds of run , pair ball drills and court game . That's all . Own time own target , wanna play you play , don't wanna play don't play . Slack not ?
Ok , i am currently having quite a hell of a muscle aches . Though it is super uncomfortable , but it's a sign that shows that my fats are turning into muscle . Muahaha !! And yep , weight cannot determine if you are fatter or thinner . Even the appearance of the size , to me , is inaccurate . Person A : 50 KG ( looks fat ) , Person B: 50 KG ( muscular ) . Muscles are 10 times heavier than fats . So , the reality is , Person A : 50KG , Person B : 5 KG ?!! HAHAHA , no larh ! Sure will have fats . So around Person B : 45 KG ?
Okay can , i am making progress in gaining muscles ^^
